What to expect

  • I won't bring a pitch deck. Come with your questions and a rough sense of your numbers.
  • I'll ask about your P&L and your cash rhythm, and I'll want to hear where you think margin is leaking.
  • You'll leave knowing whether the Margin Map fits, and what I'd look at first if it does.
  • This call is for owners of operating companies doing $5 million or more in revenue. If that's not you yet, the calculator on the homepage is free and so is the reading.
